Try to become aware of your expressions. A stabilizing face mask is also a good way to help sooth skin prone to wrinkling or sensitivity. Mix one teaspoon of double cream with two teaspoons of water, a pinch of salt and one heaped teaspoon of chickpea flour, which can be found in a health food shop or Asian supermarket. Mix into a thick paste, apply and leave for 10 minutes before rinsing off.


If you want to reduce the appearance of fine lines for a special occasion, firm the skin prior to applying make-up by gently beating the white of an egg and applying to the skin for 15 min.
